About Scott Tippett

Scott K. Tippett focuses his practice on asset protection planning, estate planning, taxation, and corporate and business law. Prior to joining Carruthers & Roth, P.A., Scott was a corporate litigator in Atlanta, Georgia. Scott moved back to the area in the mid 1990s to run a manufacturing company before returning to the practice of law in 1996.

He frequently lectures on topics relating to closely-held businesses, estate planning and asset protection to attorneys, CPAs, financial planners, and insurance agents. He is also a member of the North Carolina and American Bar Associations. Scott also holds a life and health insurance license in North Carolina.

Scott is a native of Jamestown, North Carolina and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law in 1987. About Greg Williams

Gregory S. Williams has been an estate planning and business law attorney in Greensboro, North Carolina for nearly twenty years. His practice focuses on estate and asset protection planning and other related areas - estate and trust administration, gift and estate tax planning, and corporate and business planning, including business succession planning.

Greg is a frequent lecturer on topics including asset protection strategies, charitable giving, and family-owned business succession planning. He is a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate by the North Carolina State Bar and a member of the Estate Planning and Business Law sections of the North Carolina Bar Association.
